Keeping ourselves healthy is key to ensuring we all stay happy and productive at work. Through-out the year we offer various optional activities. We also give our employees a budget to be used for individual gym membership or other physical activities.

Free Swedish lessons
English is the spoken language across both our offices, but we understand that if you are moving to Stockholm you may also want to learn some Swedish, so we offer free weekly classes which our employees can join in-person, or remotely, over video.
Creativity and the time to try out new ideas has proven to be a huge part of our success! We therefore dedicate 2 days every 5 weeks to this purpose. Use these two days to create new game ideas with your colleagues, or to learn a new skill, or to try out that new tool you’ve been wanting to learn more about!
Carbon offsetting & CSR initiatives
We are making an effort to reduce our carbon footprint as a company and compensate for our carbon emissions by investing in sustainable reforestation projects. We also engage in various CSR projects such as Playing For The Planet and One Special Day, with the ambition to do our part to invest in a better society and future.
After 2 years as a MAG employee you are given an extra day of holiday each year to build up to a total of 5 extra holiday days.
