    Attract and actively seek out top talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Anonymise all applicant CVs to avoid bias. Conduct structured interviews where hiring decisions are based around skills necessary for the role.

    We are one of over 25 studios from around the world who have collaborated and committed to implementing green activations in and out-of-game such as new modes, maps, themed events, storylines and messaging. This year the theme centred around conserving and restoring forests and oceans.

    The Save the Children movement operates in 117 countries around the world, providing unique care and attention to children based on their specific needs.
